DESCRIPTION:Saddle Horse Show Downtown Parade\nJune 17\, 2023\, 11:00a.m.\nBe part of the fun and excitement of the Saddle Horse Show Downtown Parade! This San Benito County tradition started in 1932 and is one of the oldest events in the county. The Downtown Parade is the kick-off to a week of festivities leading up to The San Benito County Saddle Horse Show and Rodeo started in 1929.\nFor more information call Teri at the Hollister Downtown Association at 831-636-8406 or at events@downtownhollister.org.\nShep says: \nDon’t forget June 17th Saturday\nHollister Horse Parade\nStarts at 11 we will be setting up at 10 in the starting area on Monterey Street.\nBring your whole family to walk in the parade.!!\nShow what we are about Family First.!!\nStick horses \, trikes\, flags\nIt’s going to be a great time.!!\n\nHumbug says:\nStage on Monterey Street by 10AM.\nLook for Shep as we don’t have a number assigned to us yet or a gathering of red shirts.\nParking is bad so arrive early.\nPost parade meet up at Johnny’s. Post parade.\nIf you are in the parade we need to finish the parade before going to Johnny’s.\nNo extra vehicles at this time as we only registered to have one vehicle.\nElectric bikes are ok and so are trikes.\nThis is a family friendly event and we are not to have any libations on us or seen to be drinking alcohol if walking in the parade representing our organization.
